How to Register To Vote In Colorado State

Confirm Your Voter Eligibility

• be a US Citizen (including those born in Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
• be a resident of Colorado for at least 22 days immediately before the Election in which you intend to vote
• be at least 16 years old, but you must be 18 years of age or older on the date of the election at which you intend to vote
• not be serving a sentence for a felony conviction

Online Registration

• A Colorado driver's license or ID card issued by the Department of Revenue.
• The last 4 digits of your SSN (if you don't have a Colorado driver's license or ID card).
• Your date of birth.
• Your address in Colorado where you reside.

Mail-in Registration

1. Download the Federal Voter Registration Form
2. Print out the form (pages 4 and 5) and fill it out using our helpful tips below.
   • Fill out the form with your personal information.
   • #6 ID Number. Your completed voter registration form must contain your state issued driver's license number or identification number. If you do not have a driver's license or state issued identification, you must include the last four digits of your social security number. If you do not have a driver's license or a state issued identification or a social security number, please write "NONE" on the form. A unique identifying number will be assigned by the State.
   • #7 Choice of Party. You may register with a party. If you leave this section blank you will not be registered with any party.
   • #8 Race or Ethnic Group. Leave Blank.
   • #9 Signature Sign and date the application to attest the data you entered is true and that you meet eligibility requirements.
3. Mail the completed form to the following address. The completed form must be received by October 28th, 2024.
